How Does The PreInspected Home Program Work?
The homes listed on this site have already been inspected and are ready for you to view.
Each inspection is a thorough examination of all visible components throughout the home including: roof, structure, attics, basements, crawlspaces, plumbing, electrical testing,
heating and air conditioning.
Pictures of each room in the home are taken and defects are noted. If the areas of concern have been corrected, a followup photo will also be in the report showing the repair. Areas of concern that haven't been corrected may also contain repair estimates provided by the seller.

Bloodhound Home Inspection Services (from which all the inspections are performed by) is not associated with any real estate agent or agency. While BHI is an affiliate member of the Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors and we do advertise our services in real estate offices, BHI has no vested interest in any of the properties listed on this site. BHI is an unbiased, third party, certified professional home inspection company that is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and holds state licenses in Wood Destroying Insect Inspections and Radon Testing.
Photos of areas of concern that are taken and inserted into the home inspection report will not be removed from the report. Additional photos showing the corrections will be added, but none of the photos will be removed.
